I’ve been going through random articles and accidentally came upon this “crazy” one about changing for the better. It’s a 15 days exercise and what it basically asks for is:
- no lying
- concentrating on having a positive outlook
- documenting everyday with a photograph and a paragraph
So, starting from 18-02-16, I, Hameeza Ahmed, am going to try to keep to these objectives. Wish me luck!
