A random rant

Yesterday someone tried to bash me for not offering them my food.. MY FOOD. I get it that people usually do ask around if anyone would like a bite, but that doesn’t mean that they are required to offer it to you; they are being nice. If they do it, thank them, and if they don’t please accept the fact that it belongs to them and they have every right to it.

I realize that lately we have started taking such actions for granted. If someone opens a door for you, pulls out a chair, lets you enter before them, or offers you something of theirs, we should be thankful.

If you don’t agree, do let me know why, maybe I’ll get to learn something.( And for those who might be worried, I DID NOT retaliate. I was too busy eating 😉 )

make a move…

If you want to lead, don’t ask others to do what you’re not willing to do. Don’t demand others to stay late on the day of your early golf outing. Don’t demand quality and send emails with typos. Don’t be snippy, snide, or sardonic. Do what others aren’t willing to do. Do whatever it takes to finish. Look forward rather than over your shoulder to see who’s following.
