Trust the weather forecast. I don’t know where you are coming from but in china I have found the weather forecast to be 99% reliable. And in winters, dont just look at the temperature, but also the wind speed. The windy days are worse than the really cold ones. The wind, here in Beijing specially, just gets to your bones. I hated those days, you couldnt even walk or cycle in a direction opposite to it😓
